Terms and Conditions GW99 APK — Complete Platform Rules Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and gw99 apk ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, and features provided by the gw99 apk platform, whether through the official website, mobile app, or any officially designated channel.

By completing the account registration process, making any deposit, or using any part of the gw99 apk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to comply with all provisions in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this document by reference.

These terms cover all use of the platform including participation in games, financial transactions, communications with the customer support team, and any other interactions with the gw99 apk ecosystem.

To register and use the gw99 apk platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. gw99 apk reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to decline or terminate any account that fails to meet these requirements.

• At least 18 years at the time of registration and on all subsequent transactions
• Have full legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements
• Are not currently under a self-exclusion program or prohibition imposed by any regulatory body
• Use your account personally and not on behalf of any third party
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration details including your full name, phone number, and bank information
• Reside in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting activities
• Have no history of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations with any previous betting platform

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at all times. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once, is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

Your gw99 apk account is strictly personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other individual under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your login credentials, whether performed by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including the gw99 apk support team
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device
• Notify the gw99 apk support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Update your account information whenever there are changes to your personal or banking details
• Ensure that your registered email address and phone number are active and accessible for verification purposes

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID, a recent bank statement, or proof of address. This process is carried out to protect your account security and comply with international platform standards.

All financial transactions on the gw99 apk platform are subject to established policies and limits. gw99 apk supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and USDT for player convenience.

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — no third parties are permitted
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your gw99 apk account within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and processed within 15–30 minutes for 90% of requests
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your deposit
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account level and KYC verification status
• Gw99 apk does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals made via local payment methods

In certain situations, the gw99 apk finance team may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure, not an obstacle — our team will reach out via your registered communication channel to complete the process promptly.

Gw99 apk offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own terms that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash for withdrawal. Please read the conditions of each promotion carefully before claiming it.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new player — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes fraud
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements have been fully met
• Gw99 apk reserves the right to void any bonus if there are indications of abuse or violation of promotional terms
• Cashback promotions are calculated based on net losses within the stated period and credited automatically
• Some games may not count or may count at a different weighting toward bonus wagering requirement calculations
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the promotion terms — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited

All games available on the gw99 apk platform — including slot games, live casino, fish shooting, and sports betting — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified and independently audited by qualified third parties to ensure full fairness and transparency.

The results of all games are final and may not be disputed except in cases of technical error officially acknowledged by gw99 apk or the game provider. In situations where a technical disruption occurs during a game session, gw99 apk will settle the bet based on valid server records.

• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during play — connection disruptions do not entitle players to any automatic compensation
• Completed game results confirmed by the system cannot be voided at a player's request
• Gw99 apk reserves the right to suspend any ongoing game or betting activity for system maintenance purposes, with advance notice where possible
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface

Gw99 apk maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and any activity intended to manipulate the platform or harm other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without warning and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity during registration
• Use automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you
• Making deposits using funds obtained illegally or through criminal activity
• Threaten, insult, or defame gw99 apk staff or other players through any communication channel
• Abuse the bonus system through hedging or arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit without genuine risk

The gw99 apk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we always strive to keep the platform running without interruption, gw99 apk makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from errors, disruptions, or downtime at all times.

• Gw99 apk is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, the player's internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the player's end
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform
• Gw99 apk's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim
• Players use this platform at their own risk and are fully responsible for all betting decisions made

You may close your gw99 apk account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all active wagering requirements have been met and all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any funds remaining in the account after a player-requested closure will be processed for withdrawal within the specified timeframe.

Gw99 apk reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unlawful conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

In cases of termination due to a terms violation, gw99 apk reserves the right to withhold all balances in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a verified breach, the balance will be fully forfeited.

Gw99 apk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official gw99 apk website, unless a different effective date is specified.

We will endeavour to notify you of significant changes via your registered email or in-platform notifications before those changes take effect. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

For any inquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact the gw99 apk customer support team via live chat or Telegram, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
